Hi, I have two questions; I have a problem with getting long enough processing time for the coffee. I have now set the grinder to 7, but the coffee starts to flow already after 6 seconds. and the coffee tastes a bit like water. The second question is that the different pre settings are a bit strange successbecause they all deliver very diluted coffee drinks. I've tried to read me up, but I can't find enough detailed information. Please send me some links. Best regard Tormod Engelsen
I sent a mail regarding an ascaso machine to their site and Udo Machiels responded. He did not only respond quickly but he followed up his own mails with more suggestions to an alternative to the machine I originally wanted. I’m deeply impressed by his professionalism and service. I bought the Walnut color, the quality is extremely good. Wood texture give very natural look and feel. Color are highly matched between the parts. Highly recommend!

I purchased the Walnut color, very happy with it. It actually looks better in real than photo. And I also found it reduces the machine noise slightly. Installation is also easy. Thanks for the excellent service, highly recommended!
Mycket nöjd med maskinen och utifrån mitt behov och kunskap så funkar den bra. Det jag själv hade önskat att ni som återförsäljare då följde upp med tillbehör i 53,5/54 mm. Hade gärna köpt lite tillbehör från er, t.ex. ett bottenlöst portafilter och några puckfilter till storlek 54 mm. Så maskinen får 5/5 men erat utbud kopplat till produkten får därför 2/5.
Otroligt bra service med hemleverans och handledning och uppföljning. Och maskinen håller det den lovar.

Vi har haft vår Barista touch nu i snart 3 år, och ville bara kika in här för att skriva att den är helt otrolig - men framförallt hylla gänget på Barista och espresso som har ett grymt koncept.
Vid leverans uppstod det först något mindre problem, men fick hjälp och felfri service direkt av företaget. Kommer alltid köpa av dem i framtiden, när det väl vankas en ny maskin :) Ännu rullar vår kaffemaskin precis som ny! 10/10!
